ubuntu update without internet access

Can you imagine that you have a question, an 10
minutes later the accurate answer 24H/24, 7days a week, 365 days a
year ???

I will never regret having switched to linux ! 
NEVER NEVER NEVER.

Only the linux (ubuntu in this case) community can do it, that's
extraordinary.
