I believe that's the one, yes. If it mentions KDE and a font setting, that's
definitely the cause of all my recent headaches.

I had nothing but trouble with gtk2-engines-gtk-qt. When running
Firefox, .xsession-errors would fill up with bogus error reports. Apps would
not run in WINE without having to run in *all* workspaces. The 'Run Command'
item in Xfce would just blink at me when I selected it
After I removed the package, nearly every problem I had getting apps to run
properly disappeared..
