Breezy/X.org/nVidia poor performance

Hey,



Same problem here with a radeon 7500 mobile, 3d performance is ok, 2d
is quite poor, gdm background image takes forever to load, inside gnome
is better but still much slower than in hoary with the same xorg config
:(



Hard disk (hdparm stuff) is performing ok, I also read on the forums
similar problems with diferent VGA's ...
