Ethereal: could not set capacities

I just tried to sudo ethereal, and I got

	Could not set capabilities: Operation not permitted

on the command line. Ethereal then quits without starting.

If I run ethereal as a non-root user, of course, I can't
capture from the NIC.

Anyone know what's going on with this?
