[breezy] GPGME was compiled wihtout support for OpenPGP and S/MIME

This is apparently a bug in gpg-agent which handles the passphrase
request.  Or rather, a bug in the Ubuntu implementation.



A workaround is copy the pgp encrypted message (msg.asc) to your
desktop and then click it open.  Kgpg should askk you for the pasphrase
and place the decrypted file on your desktop as a txt file.
