[breezy] GPGME was compiled wihtout support for OpenPGP and S/MIME

Thanks for the workaround, but I don't have the time or inclination to
do that with every encrypted message I receive and I certainly can't
tell companies that they need to do that to read their encrypted mail.

Is this bug being worked on?

Edit:  If it's a bug then why does it work for some people on this
forum and not others?
