Default to A4 paper in OpenOffice with hp deskjet

dpkg-reconfigure libpaper1 fixed it right up!  Incidentally, this
setting appears to live in /etc/paper (who knew?), so editing that
directly may have done the trick as well.

Man, we have a library for everything, even paper!
