Laptop running fan constantly on latest Breezy

type
sudo cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep MHz

or

sudo watch cat /proc/cpuinfo

does your cpu speed keep changing or are you running at top speed?


do you have the
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq
directory?
