Locating nVidia Driver

OK, the first thing to do is figure out what graphics driver is loaded:

lsmod | grep nv

You should see either the 'nv' driver or the 'nvidia' driver loaded.

Next - where is it located:

locate nvidia.ko

Finally, what version is it?

Hmmm, I used to know.
