Postfix and Courier will not receive mail

Lance,

This is a situation with many, many possible problems. 

We need to start with a few questions:

1. Did you use the native install of postfix?

If so did you test it?

2. How did you install courier - from a repository or from source?

3. As you doing your own DNS? Using bind or nsd? Set up as authority or
caching? Defined with your domain registrar? Domain services working?
Alias and mail entries correct?

4. Mail recipients - do they have accounts on the Operating System or
are they virtual users?

5. Have you checked your mail logs to see if you're receiving email?

That's just a start. Let's make sure we have answers to these questions
before we drill down further. 

I don't mind telling you that your problem could be as simple as a
period at the end of an IP address in a DNS zone file. So, this could be
tedious but a great opportunity to learn.
