Problem installing Hoary on AMD64 Asus K8S-MX

The Asus K8S-MX are based on chipset SiS760gx/SiS965L

1) Ethernet controller are unknown (SiS191). According to sis.com whould modprobe sis900 / 8139too and kernel 2.6.10 do the magic.

2) No disks, SATA/RAID (SiS182). Sis.com: modprobe sata_sis.

Anything to recommend?
