About the only thing I ever ran into with that spec hardware was that
getting SATA drives set up took a little bit of extra fiddling.
Primarily adding the appropriate module to /etc/modules.

The drive in my case was an add-on, and therefore I've never booted off
a SATA drive. I'm not sure if that will cause you any grief or not.
