xdmcp protocol in tsclient?

Hi all

How do I enable the xdmcp protocol in tsclient?

I can login to the remote desktop on my LAN with Xnest over xdmcp, but
in the tsclient GUI the xdmcp option is 'grayed out'

I've searched the relevant homepages, and google. The only suggestion
was to install xnest - which is already installed

versions: 


tsclient       0.140-1    
xnest          6.8.2-43    

running breezy on this box (ppc)  and the remote host (x86)

Can anyone help?
