Firefox glitch?

Actually, after updating (on i386) Firefox told me the Adblock
extension was no longer compatible.  I tried to upgrade it, but it
crashed.  Now it crashes when I attempt to access the
Tools->Extensions menu option.

Strangely enough, on AMD64 I haven't experienced any problems with the
upgrade (I have Adblock on that one too).
