Assimilating E17 and Gnome

yes yes its true.  E17 is still in its early alpha stage and has some
minor bugs still... I would not recommend this to people who have not
used WMs since it does not have the basic features of a complete
desktop.   Often it would require you to compile your own WM to be sure
you get the  fixes you need from CVS.

But i like E17 and I like my desktop and menu to be clean and minimal.

in the end... i just love it - and the way you can integrate
KDE/Gnome/Xcfe4 id brilliant.  its not a take it or leave it WM.
