Usually Debian uses the "main" section, but I bet you know can just copy the
correct line from a system which already uses that repository. Look
in /etc/apt/sources.list

Considering that Hoary's KDE is being actively customized for [1]Kubuntu (an
Ubuntu derivative which uses KDE instead of Gnome), you'd better to download
the Ubuntu version.
Mixing repositories could be quite harmful, especially until you have
familiarized with apt and are able to handle (and repair) breakage. Just look
at *this* thread (which subject was «debian "*.deb" vs. ubuntu "*.deb"»), it
was discussing about this topic.
