WiFi how to set WEP and SSID

Hi, I'm running Ubuntu Warty on a HP XE3 laptop and it works very well. I've
a WiFi card (HP with prism2 chip). I need help in setting the WEP key and
SSID for my network. On the Ubuntu FAQ it says I should go to computer ->
System Configuration->Network but I cannot find anywhere to enter the WEP
key or ESSID.
Anyone else know how to do this?
