[Hoary] apt-proxy universe support?

Well, I am seeing the same thing from time to time with Hoary upgrades
using regular apt or synaptic.  Not sure why it is happening.

You can force them to be upgraded, if you want.  If you specifically
say to install those packages, they will be downloaded and upgraded.

Rememberr that any given day using the experimental Hoary something
unexpected may happen.
