[Hoary] apt-proxy universe support?

Hi *,

I'm running apt-proxy on a machine and it is holding back some Hoary 
upgrades:

The following packages have been kept back:
  apt apt-utils apt-watch aptitude gimp-python libapt-pkg-dev
  libapt-pkg-perl linda python python-apt python-gtk2 python-imaging
  python-tk python2.3-gtk2 synaptic

Any MOTU's around that can help with this?  Or, anyone like to recommend 
a replacement for apt-proxy or some other solution?  We have a slow 
(16k) link and the apt-proxy box downloads updates overnight, so we can 
work during the day :-).  There is 5.5G in the cache -- it would take a 
long time to replace that.
