[Hoary] apt-proxy universe support?

In this case, it was one of the numerous python updates -- apt-proxy is 
a python app.

Can't do that without removing apt-proxy -- it depends on an earlier 
python version.

Yea, but hoary has all the good stuff ;-).  I was fishing around to see 
if maybe one of the universe masters would look in to 
updating/maintaining apt-proxy, or if anyone had a working replacement 
in mind.  Otherwise, I'll move the cache over to a sid machine.
