I installed from the Hoary Array 2 CD, I did not upgrade from Warty,
so I did have UTF-8 running by default. Just to be sure, I went and
ran dpkg-reconfigure and UTF-8 was selected and was the default. The
problem is still occurring.
Any idea why?
