How to report feature requests ?

Matt, given you are part of the Ubuntu crew, we now can't do much more
but hope/expect that you will pass the idea to the relevant person at
Ubuntu ! 
And whilst we are at it, please also suggest a list dedicated to the
development version, to avoid mixing Warty and Hoary messages, then
later, Wart&Hoary with whatever the name of the 3 Ubuntu release will
be, etc...
