How to report feature requests ?

No, that's exactly what I'd like to avoid. Every bug filed in bugzilla
requires developer time to read, analyze, mark duplicates, etc., and this
doesn't scale to the amount of feature ideas that the community has.
Additionally, features don't generally get implemented as a result of a
simplistic feature request, but require further design and discussion, which
Bugzilla does not encourage.
I think a mailing list would be nice.
