Network interface not active after reboot

Hi

are you talking about an ethernet network interface or dial up PPP?

I have had a lot of gyp with Network Interfaces, especially when I am
moving around from wireless to wired, I havent yet been bothered to
save the profiles on the network interface GUI.

You could try ipconfig eth*x * dhcp at the command line and see what
happens

or failing that i assign an IP address manually with ipconfig and that
always does the trick
