Hoary / Gnome 2.10 : worth it ?

Hmm ... I just looked at it, too and my thoughts are:
a) Maybe they are a bit behind their original schedule
b) I think some of the points you mentioned might really be important
enough to be fixed with approval of the corresponding gnome development
team.

At least I do not see much sense in releasing something that doesn't
work as expected.
