I installed edubuntu and my 7 year old really likes it and uses it
spontaneously. What was important for my older son was when he was about 8
we got a programme called the games factory (windows) which enabled him to
design games - being the active developer of games was very good on a number
of levels - I will need to find a linux version. Little Wizard is a
programming tool for kids I will look at it over Christmas - does anybody
else know any others?
