Transition from apt-get to aptitude?

Yes. I felt tired of writing that, but yeah I understand the big picture.

I found that option. I don't get that tricky situation now, but then this
makes the same problematic state that apt-get does, and the reason to switch
to aptitude is that I could more easily avoid having unused stuff piling up
in the corners of my hdd.
