I have the HD-3000 card <http://pchdtv.com>, which I understand will no
longer be available after July 1. The supplied software is far from
perfect, but the 2.6.12 kernel will include suitable driver modules
(2.6.12-rc2 does now).

There is a hacked HD version of xine supplied which partially works for
me. For digital non-HD broadcasts it works fine, although I have to
start it from a command line or script, as the control panel won't do
everything which is needed. A HD program will create a window much
larger than the screen size and when I resize it to fit I end up with a
large pink area the right edge of the picture. It's a step in the right
direction.

This card works with xawtv, motv and tvtime for NTSC, but they each have
their own issues.
