recommendation for best tv video card?

Thanks Bob for that info. I'll have to get one of those soon. I've yet
to have anyone I know try one out and for $170 USD I didn't really
want to be a guinea pig. The ATI HD wonder looked nice, but ATI has
been slow in releasing any supporting documentation or drivers for
linux in the past so I don't expect them to do it for that card.
