recommendation for best tv video card?

Looks to me *very* much like an add-in card where the drivers grab the
data, process it, and send it to your existing graphics card. You'll
notice there's no VGA or DVI outputs, just aerial in and sound output.
And the System Requirements include "VGA card (PCI or AGP)", although I
doubt it would complain about PCI Express or on-board graphics. I think
they just mean "no ISA".
And now I'm wondering how it would work with EISA graphics...
