Gimp help browser and files in Hoary?

I had been wondering the same thing, but I noticed browser and help files in 
the archive before I ever ran GIMP so I downloaded and installed them.

It would seem logical to include them though. On the other hand there is 
only so much one can cram on a single CD.....
