A really useful paper is the paper written by someone who has been there
not the paper written by someone who has been told how is there.
My advise to you is to :
1 find a small/middle enterprise
2 document all their computer procedures
3 try to do the same with linux
4 implement it
5 write you paper on with your own experience
my 0,02 cents
