Palm sync

I just tried to get my Tungsten E syncronising over ttyUSB1...
pilot-xfer -p /dev/ttyUSB1 -l does recognise my device and hence lists
whatever it's listing ;) However, the gnome-pilot configuration tool
does not communicate with my palm at all when it tries to receive the
user name and UID from the device... Any help would be appreciated..

Regards

Christoph
