Palm sync

I did sync my Tungsten E over USB on device /dev/ttyUSB1 but there is a
problem with gpilotd in particular the pilot-link that it uses has a
problem with newer programs which are larger than the 64k limit of old
palm devices so things like Java will when backed up crash gpilotd
hopefully the devs pull the new version 0.12 through from
www.pilot-link.org when it is released
