I'm getting some hangs, too. It's only when I leave my laptop for a
bit, so I'm assuming it's a screensaver issue, too. I've disabled all
of the screensavers to see if it still does it.
Oddly enough, I had hangs before on the maze screensaver, so it's not
just the gl screensavers, though I wouldn't be surprised if it's the
not-so-good fglrx driver, as you say. I'm using the normal ati driver
(with a radeon 9000 mobility).
