G'day All ,
I installed the sl-modem-daemon and sl-modem-source packages from
multiverse and attempted to build the modules using module-assistant .
All went well until the module-assistant tried to install the
sl-modem-modules-2.6.8.1-3-686_2.9.9-1_i386.deb package that it built .
I get this dependency error :
Selecting previously deselected package sl-modem-modules-2.6.8.1-3-686.

however:

My question is : What do I change to make the module package depend on
Ubuntu's linux-image-2.6 ?
As this package is from multiverse , I did not file a bug report and
realise that I am pretty much on my own here .
Thanks
