Here's the contents of /etc/apt/sources.list:

# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 4.10 _Warty Warthog_ - Unofficial powerpc Binary-1
(20040915)]/ unstable main restricted

# deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty main restricted
# deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty main restricted

## Uncomment the following two lines to fetch updated software from the

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty main restricted universe
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty main restricted universe

deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty-security main restricted
deb-src http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ warty-security main restricted

Yep, I'm on PPC. Does this mean that various packages in the
repositories may or may not work depending on your hardware? Since
gnucash is in universe, I know Ubuntu/Canonical do not officially
support it, but I was under the impression that Ubuntu as a whole and
its associated packages were simultaneously released for i386, AMD64,
and PPC. Is this not the case?

Thanks,
Brett

P.S. - Thanks for taking the time to help me out with this. :-)
