Ubuntu in VMWare 4.5 (+ IBM X40 installs)

Excuse my ignorance, I haven't gotten Ubuntu working under VMWare
Workstation for Linux yet, so my reference is still my VMWare host
computer, which runs Debian Sarge.

What you're ever should be the header and tree packages,
kernel-tree-version and kernel-headers-version. Once those were
installed, VMWare happily built modules for my running kernel.
Ubuntu's packages names may be slightly different, but hopefully this
gets you pointed in the right direction.
