Very unlikely - "modern" multisync monitors detect when they are over/underclocked
(out of sync) and just switch of. BTW, _underclocking_ is much more dangerous
than overclocking (i.e. a too high refresh rate will probably hurt your eyes
(because of a blurry image) but a to slow refresh rate might hurt your monitor.
But, as i saidm todays monitors can all deal with 60Hz refresh (and slower would
be violence to your eyes anyway)
