Yes.  I'd love that.

I did try making a "trivial repository" recently.  Not impossible, but 
fiddly for something trivial...

Being able to bring everything under synaptic rather than (more or less) 
having to use dpkg
or the 'semi-gui' front ends for it would be cool.
