Pre-Install program

I guess if you want an older person, who just wants to use a computer
without learning all that much about it, to keep using windows and
having his/her computer break down all the time, it's not such a good
"pre-install program", but I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't mind
"avoiding" the learning curve. Not everyone has to become linux savvy.
I, for one, would just like some of the people I know to have a good,
reliable, and secure operating system without having to RTFM, you
know?
