Disabling IPv6

Every IPv4 address has a corresponding IPv6 address assigned to it, so in
fact you do already have an IPv6 address.  Whether your provider correctly
routes IPv6 traffic is a different matter, of course.

However, note that the "<foo> isn't using IPv6 yet, why should I?" argument
is circular.
