Ubuntu is not Debian?

As of today, all new packages in Debian which were not already in Ubuntu
have been imported. The only exceptions are the Debian kernels, which are
specifically excluded because Ubuntu provides our own kernels, and their
presence seemed to cause a lot of confusion among users familiar with Debian.
