Actually, I have it running with no special fixes as all. I downloaded
the statically built version and it works - ugly as sin, and the font
rendering can make you cry in pain but it does work. I guess it depends
on what audio hardware you have.
However, does anybody else have the problem that the Skype notification
thingy rarely actually ends up in the notification area? For me it
usually just becomes another small, useless window in a corner. Really
annoying.
