I've installed the current best solution. To use it, add /print to the 
url. Eg http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/Rosetta/print or
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/Rosetta/print?with_children=1&no_print_header=1 
.

Warning: you can render a lot of pages at once this way, and there may 
be problems for a large public site being crawled by robots. So, please 
don't link these urls anywhere. Improvements to the 
http://zwiki.org/ZwikiPrinting script are welcome.
