Yes, indeed. I guess the bigger problem is money: South Africa had
lot's of money - and, unfortunately, with enough maoney there seems
to be little that you can't get. Also, even so SA was "supposedly" under
sanctions their relations with quite a substantial part of the "first"
world was astonishingly good - i doubt too much effort was put into
the control of these sanctions.
Unfortunatley Cuba isn't the world's most prosperous area these dasy ... ;-/
