Unity WAS Re: happy ubuntu release day

I didn't *try* not to see Unity.  It just didn't install.  This is an HP
6910p so maybe there's some reason.  I may have uninstalled something that
uninstalled Unity when I was trying to fix some alpha problem.

Note: I have no desire in fixing this "problem."  I'm likely to get Unity on
my other partition when I upgrade it to 11.10...which I suppose I'll begin
as soon as I hit send.
