[ubuntu-us-ut] July Meeting

Omar has stepped up to the plate for presenting in July.  The meeting
topic will be about Upstart, the Ubuntu System V Init replacement.  He's
written some Upstart scripts, and his knowledge will be worth tapping
into during this meet.

After his discussion on Upstart, we'll be having a "hack night", where
we'll get to work hands-on with Upstart, so we can more effectively
administer our machines.

This will be a great meeting, and all who can should attend.  Upstart is
poorly documented, and we as a team could be positioned to be the leader
in this regard.
