I will be presenting this meeting on the Linux boot process as it
relates specifically to Ubuntu. Everything from pressing the power
button to logging in to your box and working. I presented this May 31st
at OALUG, and it was a good meet. Hopefully, it will turn out just as
good this time as well.
Clint Savage will be streaming the meeting as well, making it available
to UTOS.
Details are as follows:
Date: June 14, 2008
Time: 6-8pm
Location: UofU MEB building
Room: 2555
Map: http://tinyurl.com/2k8px2
I'm reserving 2 hours for the meeting, although I'll do my best to keep
it around an hour. There is a lot to cover in the boot process, lots of
demos and explanations, so we'll see how it goes.
See you then!
