discussion about Texas team

In case some on this list don't subscribe to the Dallas Ubuntu list, looks
like there's discussion going again about statewide efforts -

I've been out of the loop for a little while, so this may have already been
discussed in here.  Anyway, just wanted to share.  Looks like there's a
meeting and vote tonight in IRC (likely in the #ubuntu-dallas channel).
